Capital Alliance has appointed Crema Group as the builder on its $200 million mixed-use project, Normanby.
The 40-storey tower will include a 200-room hotel by Marriott, as well as 100 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Construction will begin this month and is expected to be completed by early 2021.

Note the Gravity Tower to the rear and right of the photograph and 'cash for scrap' indicating the site's former use as a scrap metal recycling facility.
